Method

The A.R.T. principle

What links art and employee development? How can the creative potential of artistic action be successfully implemented in the company? Mariott Stollsteiner, consultant, coach and artist, presents her training method based on longstanding experience: The A.R.T. principle stands for the three steps – action, reflection and transformation. These three steps are the basic requirement for every innovation. The thought concept is illustrated by numerous practical examples from small and medium sized enterprises.

This book shows how effectively and sustainably training can work, which promotes elementary skills and makes this directly usable for company specific development fields.
