Love and freedom as management methods

For companies, being innovative means renewal and change. The diverse networking of companies requires new forms of cooperation: a new culture of cooperation with external and internal partners must be conceived and realised.

Companies are therefore reliant on the skills of their employees. People who see themselves as individuals, develop their own visions, and don’t lose sight of the big picture. Due to the interaction of independent individuals, a stronger community emerges, and the chance to develop and realise new things.

Here, the following applies: Love and freedom as new management methods!

Because via awareness, enthusiasm and willingness, the creativity of the individual influences the company.

A new culture of collaboration requires rigid structures to be redesigned into flexible, agile processes, so that exchange and joint learning become possible. At this point, art is used as an element to promote innovation in the company.

For centuries, art has been working on making the future visible today, and developing innovative skills through processual learning. Art sharpens the perception, conscious perception opens up room for manoeuvre, which is frequently overlooked due to routine and habit in everyday working life.

Above all, art means combining feeling and willingness directly in actions. If in turn, the action is reflected upon and filled with enthusiasm, then innovative ideas will emerge. Art promotes and forms new skills, which are necessary for flexible companies, that are constantly reinventing themselves.

Art is the interaction of love and freedom, and allows you to realise that both continuity and attention, as well as risk and impetuosity are necessary skills for innovative energy. Because the future not only arises from obligation and habit, but above all due the enthusiasm for and through dealing with the unknown.

Interaction with art, and working with artistic techniques form the basis of our workshops and consultations, where new skills are developed. Key qualifications such as trust, initiative, responsibility and courage are not only thought of, but also practiced.

The link between “IQ” and “EQ”, which can be experienced creatively, increases the efficiency of cooperation, and promotes the situational competence to act within team processes.

The joy of personal development grows, and so does the courage not only to think of visions, but to practice them in the here and now.

Because: “Everything new that is accomplished on earth, must be accomplished by people…“ (J.Beuys)
